Restoration in summer 2008 includes:
New Okoume Marine Plywood upper and lower main bulkheads which have been treated with West System Epoxy and finished with varnish.
Cockpit seats replaced with native Maine oak, again treated with West system Epoxy then finished with varnish.
Interior repainted with Interlux Brightsides marine paint.
Cockpit support beams replaced with heavy oak.
New hand carved tiller
New Ritchie bulkhead compass
New 7.5 watt solar charger with charge controller
New Rule 500gph bilge pump with float switch
New Whale manual backup/emergency bilge pump.
All new wiring, and new running lights

Reliable 4 hp Mariner outboard that has very low hours on it. This motor has forward, neutral and reverse.
2 Main sails, one 135% genoa, one 80% jib, and another smaller jib. All sails in good condition
Extra Main Cover
This is a very sweet sailing boat. It's a heavy displacement boat and has a full keel so it will keep you safe in heavier weather. I have sailed it as far as Linekin Bay.
