The mainsail was recently damaged in a storm and needs repair, though the boat is so excellent that it really deserves a new one. I've priced it to accommodate that.
The interior is completely redone and is simply amazing. Plenty of little things could be done to the exterior to make it perfect, but it's otherwise good to go as is and is a joy to sail.
The swing keel is a nice plus in Texas lakewaters.
And the boat comes with many nice extras, including a brand new Magma grill.
This boat has been used exclusively in fresh water.
