"Lulu" is located in Lakeport, CA. (northern California)
The Compac 19XL is 19' long, and has a fixed shoal draft keel with the centerboard option. (Only in last 4 boats built)
Sail inventory: Hardly used mainsail, standard lapper jib, and a brand new red and white 155% genoa.
The trailer is galvanized, in excellent condition, and has a tongue extension. All trailer lights in working condition.
The outboard motor is a brand new 6 hp Tohatsu.
Battery included
Boat has never been in salt water.
Includes bow and stern pulpits w/lifelines, genoa track and cars, 3 winches, bimini top and cover, mainsail cover and jib bag, stern mounted swim ladder, 4 opening bronze portholes w/screens, Horizon depth sounder, fire extinguisher, porta-potti, 4 fenders, Life-Sling
The fiberglass is in excellent condition--no cracks or damage.
Will attempt sale while I am here in California. If not successful, will trailer "Lulu" to Florida in February, where she will then be again for sale. Will consider delivery within reason.
