Boat and sails are in good condition and ready to be sailed today. Motor is a 2000 9.9 HP 4 cycle Envinrude outboard

Equipment that has been replaced in the last 2-1/2 years are as follows:

All lighting on mast has been replaced (Mast head/steaming light and deck light combo, anchor light), new navigation light on bow, new stern light,

new lines for jib sail and roller furling,

Anchor with chain and rode,

VHF radio and antenna on mast,

Stereo with speakers in cabin/cockpit,

Old model GPS and antenna installed,

Compass (viewable from inside and out),

Depth guage (Sun has taken a toll on it, but it still works perfectly),

Dual banks of house batteries installed with Dual charger,

Shore power installed on boat with outlets throughout,

AC Breaker Panel installed,

Electric water pump and tank bag installed for sink faucet,

automatic bilge pump with manual switch and new hoses w/check valve,

in cabin lighting replaced,

new portable toilet with locking feature to floor and new safety flare kit.

Also included is a Carry-On Airconditioning unit that sits on deck at forward hatch.
