In good condition for her age.

I have all the records on her from the day she was bought.

The inboard was removed by a previous owner and the outboard in the pics is NOT included.

Sleeps 5, has marine head and cabin area has been updated.

All countertops have been replaced and woodwork re varnished.

Sails are in good condition and if im not wrong she is a tall rig.

As far as sailing she has no bad habits at all.

Hate to sell her but work forces me to.
