135 furling genoa with Burgundy Sunbrella.
Harken Unit 00 Furler (takes # 5 luff tape).
Mainsail professionally re-cut by Haarstics Sails (MA) with a full top batten for better sail shape.
Mast halyard plate for lines led aft. Very comfortable single handed setup.
2 Harken cabin top winches can be used as primaries as well as halyard winches.
Boom vang.
Main sheet re rigged to the mid cockpit for racing - a much more convenient setup than the original (sorry, Jim Taylor).
All running rigging is in good shape.
Kick up rudder.
New VHS radio
Bulkhead mounted compass Plastimo Contest 101
All interior and cushions in very good shape.
Water tank.
Porta-potty
2 burner alcohol stove.
Removable Teak table

Teak railing replaced with stainless steel railing for low maintenance.
Teak hatch slide guides replaced with white Starboard. This boat is rigged to be sailed, not to be worked on.
Whale manual bilge pump in cockpit.
Matching mainsail/tiller/winch coves (Burgundy).
Bottom has VC-17.
Aux outboard engine 1993 Johnson Sailmaster 8 HP long shaft very clean, runs good.
Set of PFDs(8) in a nice white water resistant bag.
Custom double axle trailer with mast raising system.
All 4 new tires (have less than 100 miles on them) one spare tire.
It takes about 40 minutes to rig her up with 2 people.
A great trailer-sailor, very roomy and comfortable.
It's nice, fast and stable in winds up to 20 kts. Need more rail meat and reef to sail in heavy weather.
I used Toyota 4-runner to tow it. (towing weight with trailer is about 3600 lbs)

Precision 23 is a FOAM CORE boat, so there is nothing to rot!

Deck is solid, no soft spots (and there will never be one!)
