Great daysailer/overnighter. New ones sell for $45,000+ (unsinkable when repaired, maybe even now!)
I bought this last June with intentions of redoing, but haven't touched her since. We have another Rhodes 22, and I simply don't have time for a project.
Hull was damaged when I bought her (hole at forward part of centerboard trunk). Otherwise, she's in good condition (no spongy decks or obvious damage elsewhere).
All, or most, repair items included, but don't pursue this unless you have fiberglass skills, or need the trailer and can salvage her parts.

Trailer has new bearings and new surge brakes (trailer alone is worth $1200+).
