    Purchased in Spring, 2012. Great sailboat with diesel running fine + new, mounted 9.9hp kicker (about 20 hours on it). Selling to buy a bigger boat.

    Have a lot of reciepts from the owner before last. Records show that over $10,000 was spent in 2006-2008 timeframe, making numerous upgrades, including engine rebuild, new standing and running riggings, sails, furler, etc.

    Prior (2008) Ad from SailingTexas.com showed the following improvements. I can't confirm everything done by owner before last, but I can confirm that most equpipment still working fine and reciepts on-hand reflect many of these items.

  • Inboard Universal Atomic Diesel, Model 5411 (11 H.P.).
  • New exhaust system in April 2007.
  • Engine meticulously maintained: impeller, oil, belts, filters changed March 2008
  • Racor fuel filter added in addition to OEM filter.
  • Fuel tank polished June 2007.
  • "Squeeze Bulb" added to fuel line to facilitate bleeding fuel line when necessary.
  • Seawater strainer for engine cooling have the Parts Manual and Service Manual (Original) for the engine.

  • In March 2008, the boat was hauled and new Interlux Micron Extra Antifouling paint was applied.
  • New Zincs in March 2008
  • Hull was buffed and polished Professionally in March 2008
