The boat comes with original jib, mainsail, and asymmetrical spinnaker.
Equipment list includes kick up rudder, boomvang, downhaul, traveler, jib roller furling, carbon fiber bowsprit, tiller extension, hiking straps, and all necessary running rigging.
The Johnson 18 was designed for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics as a two person racing design.
The boat planes at over 15 mph and is a stable fun boat to sail.
There is a class website with more information about the boats characteristics (Johnson18.org).
The boat is currently being sailed and raced at Cedar Creek Lake.
It has been well used, but is still fast and fun to sail.
I sold my boat to a nice couple from Waco this weekend. FYI - this is the 2nd boat that I have sold on your site, and I bought another Johnson 18 in Fort Walton that I saw listed this spring. Thanks for your help and keeping the site running.
