Pearson Triton 28, 1962 #234.
She is 28' long, draws about 4' 3", displaces about 8K lbs, and has a beam of just over 8'. This is a "plastic classic", all fiberglass, very sturdy, and built like a tank.
The selling price includes new sails (main and jib) that have only been used twice. Just the sails alone are worth the purchase price. Also included is a good running, long shaft, 6HP outboard that does a wonderful job of getting her from the marina to the bay.
The interior needs work but is very usable as is. I started a floating renovation but have run out of time and money. I have multiple pictures and even a blog documenting the process if you are interested.
The exterior leaves much to be desired in the cosmetics department but is structurally solid with only one small soft spot on the deck. It looks like someone in the past tried to repair it at some point. I have included a picture of the areas.
The boat is currently residing in the water in Deale, MD and I am more than happy to show you around any time.
