This is what we did when we bought her in 2009, She has a 2009 9 hp outboard, new SS rigging all around, sail covers.
I am 6'1" tall and I can stand up straight in the interior.
Has berth for 5 or 6. I can tell you that I spent a week on Serenity and I slept very well.
She has an inboard head, the aft galley has a cooktop, and stainless steel sink with freshwater foot pump, table that folds up to make room for sleeping.
I have the Survey performed by Gibbs Marine Surveys in Feb 2009. (The trailer is not included, it was the movers trailer).
Catalina sailboats manufactured prior to about 1980 were made with better resins and fiberglass than what is available now. Do a google search for Catalina Sailboats and you will quickly find out why Catalina is one of the worlds most recognizable sail boats.
Serenity is located at Dallas Corinthian Yacht Club, we have a berth there that you can get for an additional fee.
