This 1989 Catalina 22, Wing Keel, has been very well maintained and is currently in the water at Catalina Yacht Anchorage in Marina Del Rey, CA. The overall condition of the boat is, excellent. She was a freshwater boat until I acquired her in 2007. I had a barrier coat applied before I put her in salt water. The hull is pristine. The included trailer allows the option of dry storage during the winter or to take her anywhere you want to sail. I'm moving up to a bigger boat.
