I love this boat, I am very sad to have to sell but I just don't have time any more.
There is a reason the Catalina 22 is the most popular trailer-able day sailer ever made. It's easy to sail single handed, easy to maneuver under power, easy to maintain, sleeps 4 (Hobbits), and, if you're thinking of racing, the home of the regional Catalina 22 racing group is on Lake Travis.
I have titles for the boat and the motor in hand. If you've ever tried to buy a boat in Texas, you know that's a big deal.
Sails: One full size mainsail in good condition with a single reef point. Two foresails, one a 110% working jib and another a nice heavy 150% racing jib.
Motor: 8hp Honda. Runs great, always starts within the first 2 or 3 pulls. I've had this boat for over a year now, there was a time I was taking it out 3 times a week, and I've only had to refuel ONE TIME.
Interior: Very clean cushions, sink, port-a-potty, the electrical has been partially re-done.
Exterior: Could use a cleaning but is in good shape.
