Excellent sailboat for racing, daysailing or cruising. All set with sails, motor, trailer, lines, and anchors. Very well behaved and stable for beginners, but rigged for great performance on all points of sail.

4 internal halyards(main, jib port, jib star, spin); all controls let to the cockpit.

Race: Kevlar 155, 145 dacron #2, 110 7oz dacron #3.

Main: dacron, 2 full battens, loose foot with a large leach, but meets class rules.*

Max size spinnaker - red!

Large race mainsail always rolled.

Cruise: Main, 110, J24 kite, and some old stuff: 135, battenned main, another kite.

8hp 4-stroke Tohatsu (2007) engine pushes her to a solid 6.3 knots.

Spinnaker pole, spinnaker sheets, topping lift, downhaul, and tweaks. (All led to the cockpit.)

Adustable pole track on the front of the mast for the spinnaker pole.

Whisker pole.

Non pop-top, so the Lewmar 7s are mounted on the cabintop for halyards, etc.

Lewmar 16s on the sides for the primary sheets.

Two sets of genoa blocks, plus spinnaker blocks. Easily change from one headsail to another and then fly the kite offwind.

Tuff Luff and dual (kevlar) jib halyards allow for sail changes without going headless.

Single line reefing kit.

24:1 backstay.

Knot meter, depth meter, compass, AM/FM/CD w/good speakers, handheld VHF.

Danforth and sand anchors each with 25' of chain.

Bimini that covers the cockpit nicely, and a (folded) bimini cover.

Front 1/3 of the hull and keel is faired to a smooth race quality. No leaks, hull is tight.

2006 'balanced' rudder from Catalina direct. Race quality smooth. New lined gudgeons and pintles.

Two coats of fresh VC-17 bottom paint this spring. Barrier coated in 2005/6.

Hull buffed, as it is every year.

Major standing rigging refit in 2008.

Trailer: Performance trailer from St Pete (a Catalina supplier) with 8 pads, mast cradle, dual axles, spare tire, and four hydraulic disc brakes tows at 80+. (And stops it.)

*Possibly the fastest mainsail ever built for a C25. When the sailmaker (UK St. Pete) delivered the sail he claimed such. I did not believe him. I do now.
