This is a well maintained, fun-to-sail boat for bay and close offshore. 5' draft keel down, 2' 8" up.
Great for day sailing or overnighting with family and friends.
Catalina advertised that she sleeps 5 but 2 adults and maybe a couple of small children is more realistic.
6'6" cabin headroom below with the pop top up (should only be used when in slip or mooring).
You can get a slip/mooring and have a weekend getaway near the shore or lake.
I really hate to sell her but I also own a powerboat and work/life time constraints prevent me from fully enjoying both.
Hopefully somebody else can have as much fun as we have had with her.
