The Cheoy Lee Offshore 41' is a traditional, heavy displacement blue water sailboat, a "rock solid cruiser" (Practical Sailor).
Perfect go anywhere boat.
This Cheoy Lee 41' is a project almost finished.
"Rejoice" was stripped and completely gone over.
The hull is solid, 100% fiberglass, including the decks.
After refinishing the hull the last owner had the engine rebuilt.
We have taken the boat and put over $5000.00 into completing work on the engine, including new alternator, rebuilt starter, new wiring harness and cockpit engine gauges, engine controls, all new hoses, heat exchanger, fuel filters, fuel lines, etc.
The engine needs a little more work to get it running.
There is a mechanic involved who can complete the repairs.
He is available for consultation at the showing of the boat.
The mast and boom were removed.
Both are ready to be installed again.
Mast is on the boat, the boom is at the side on the pier float.
We are a retired couple and have some health issues which forces us to reconsider the physical requirements while cruising in a sailboat.
We now want a powerboat so reluctantly are selling "Rejoice".
Clear Texas title. In covered slip at present.
