Tohatsu 9.9hp 2 stroke, electric start, outboard in good condition, starts and runs well. Remote shifter & throttle control, remote key switch panel. Separate starter battery from the house batteries. New fuel tank & fuel lines.

2 12v marine batteries, Guest marine battery charger.

Wired for shore power, but we have not used it, should be checked or rewired before use.

Raymarine mast head anemometer & direction instrument works.

Wheel steering autopilot hardware works and steers, but does not give great heading control. I think needs serial data connection from the wind instrument to work correctly. Both autopilot and wind instrument are Raymarine. Good control can be had by just getting the sails balanced and locking the wheel.

Bimini top canvas in good condition, stern rail seats.

Wheel steering, Rudder quadrant box beefed up and resealed to transom.

Through hulls are stainless metal, not cheap original plastic plated.

New sink drains, and new hand pump faucet from 5 gal jerry can in both head and galley, for total of 10 gal fresh water.

Larger capacity portapotty.

Alcohol stove in working order.

Danforth anchor stows in bow anchor locker, 10 feet chain & 100 foot rode.

Large 35# plow anchor, with 20 ft chain, and 150 foot rode.

Original sails are clean and workable. Main could use battens (one or two are missing).

New shroud turnbuckle t-bolts. (keep those turnbuckles straight up when raising the mast so you don't bend and weaken them).

Loos shroud tension gage tool.

Custom lever tool for connecting / disconnecting forestay.
