The boat has been kept in an open slip on a fresh water inland lake for most of its life. Presently the vessel is berthed at Canyon Lake Marina, Canyon Lake, Texas. The vessel is kept locked, with electronics stowed below decks, when not in use. The marina has security magnetic locking gates; roving security personnel, and nearby live-aboards.
