The boat is now covered up with a tarp. The other photos are of us sailing her and the haul out. I hauled the boat out a year ago and it is sitting in my driveway on a borrowed trailer.
All of the exterior teak has been removed and reconditioned to new quality.
I encapsulated all of it in epoxy. The hull is is in excellent condition.

Spartan Bronze Port holes have all been re-bedded and weather stripping replaced
Both deck hatches were sand blasted, primed and painted with AwlGrip, new polycarbnate dark plastic and re-bedded.
The foremast is in good condition. The mizzen was damaged and will need to be replaced.
The rigging would also need to be replaced.
It needs some work but would be well worth it to the right person.
