Nice condition Flying Scot sailboat, hull number 2085(CustomFlex), circa 1972.
Very popular and successful one design class sailboat.
Recently purchased, but change in plans. (Bigger boat)
Very clean inside, hull and deck are in nice condition, especially compared to many out there. With a little elbow grease, the hull could really shine up. I am short on elbow grease these days....
Hull is White, deck is white, (photos show a pink tint due to photos taken around sunset) good light for portraits, but not the best for white boats.
Sails: one main and two jibs.
Sails may be fine for just cruising around the lake, but are of unknown age and not race quality anymore.
Bottom is painted with antifouling paint so no problems with marine growth if kept in the water.
Trailer: trailer appears to be the original trailer. It looks to be in pretty good shape, tires have good thread, but are probably aged out. If you were to travel any distance I would recommend new tires..(4 lug, 4.80 x 12 tires). 1 7/8" ball for the trailer hitch.
Sailor tailor mooring cover.
Buy it now, clean it up over winter and be ready to splash first thing in springtime.
Current Wisconsin registration expires 2019. bill of sale for boat and trailer
