We're parting with out majestic 1974 Formosa 41. It's currently docked with a paid side-tie slip through the end of 2017. This vessel is THE head-turner on Lake Travis and is an amazing spectacle every time under sail.

Boat includes a robust Penta MD2018a 75HP diesel engine (original was a Perkins 3108 30HP). Configured with 3 sails in sail bags affixed to the boat. It's ready to unfurl and sail. New battery charger and battery system.
Includes upgrade cockpit bimini and custom cockpit cushions for horseshoe configuration. New topside and bottom paint in 2011. Professionally done in Alameda, California before transport to Texas.
Interior includes completely remade upholstery for galley seating, salon seating and pillows, captains quarters and pillows and forward quarter berth. Boat is fully air-conditioned with a new system.
