The boat is a good-looking Bob Perry designed sailboat known to be nice under sail as well, very comfortable and roomy below with good storage.
The jib and main are in great shape, it a has a roller fuller and all the running rigging and halyards work.
The mostly wood interior is in good shape, it has a dry bilge, a table that easily folds away and a settee that folds out into a double berth.
There are two batteries and a battery charger.
There are two water tanks drained by manual and electric pumps to the galley sink.
There currently is a functional toilet but no holding tank.
The bottom paint needs to be redone.
The standing rigging is old and should probably be replaced.
There are some scratches on the hull that have not been properly repaired and a few small blisters on the hull according to the diver.
The motor is an old Universal Atomic 4 that currently does not run I think because of a clogged carburetor. It last ran about 4 months ago. It also has an exhaust leak that needs to be fixed.
The boat also comes with many extras including am/fm/cd player, handheld vhf, Uniden vhf, some tools and maintenance products, space heater, kitchen appliances and dishes.
I have owned and lived on the boat for the last three years.
I don't know of any major structural issues or major deck soft spots that the boat has.
