I ordered this boat new in 2015, and this is my forth season with it.
It is a small cat boat with a gigantic 10' 4" cockpit.
The cabin is small, and has navy blue sunbrella cushions.
I ordered the boat with minimal exterior wood. The only exterior wood is the bow sprit and the tiller, so it is very easy to maintain.
The hull has been waxed every year, and the topsides are regularly cleaned at least once per month. There are no dings or scrapes on the hull.
The sail was professionally cleaned this year by North Sails.
The boat has always been in fresh water (Lake Michigan) and has VC17 bottom paint with a barrier coat.
The outboard is a Torqeedo 1003, and the boat can be purchased with or without the engine. I daysail, and can get the boat out to the lake and back to the dock with about 70% power remaining on the battery.
There is a boomkicker installed.
There is a Optima marine battery with solar charger. The battery is for the navigation lights and the automatic bilge pump. The bilge has always been dry.
Safety equipment (electric flare, horn, VHF radio etc) are included.
There is also a Garmin GPS attached to a swing arm included.
There is also the standard trailer included.
This cat boat sails very well even in 15 to 20 knot winds on Lake Michigan.
I have never had to reef the sail. The heel angle is less than most sloops that I have owned, because the mast is very short and the sail area is low.
The boat goes very fast on a reach, and points surprisingly well.
It is very dry, even in windy and wavy conditions.
