This fiberglass boat was built by Ta Chiao Brothers in Taiwan
As with all older Taiwanese boats, "Talon" needs work and she has some leaks, but she has great bones and beautifully traditional lines and a full keel. With an investment of time and money, she is capable of taking you anywhere in the world. She would also make a roomy live-aboard vessel. The motor and transmission have been rebuilt and have fewer than 20 hours.
Rebuilt Perkins 4-108 runs great, Aluminum spars, No teak decks, Bimini, Davits, Electric windlass, Roller-Furling, mizzen sail, Genoa, jib, No mainsail, Lewmar 48 Self-tailing winches, 33 lbs Bruce anchor, Butterfly hatches, Norseman rigging, Updated breaker panel, Head with separate shower, rebuilt rudder bearings, depth sounder. Some equipment has not been run in a while; some equipment needs to be hooked up.
The boat needs bottom paint and woodwork especially around the portlights and hatches. Serious inquiries only. Please include your phone number in your reply.
The boat is in a gated marina on Clear Lake Texas.
