Palmer Johnson aluminum fractional rigged sloop, 47', 1980
S/V Hawkeye is for sale.
Hawkeye went through Hurricane Harvey at ground zero Port Aransas, TX and came out the other side pretty much unscathed.
Yes the boat is a bit rough, but it is all there and intact.
There will be some assembly required.
The deck hardware topsides and below was stripped for paint years ago, and never got finished.
so the interior headliner is also disassembled.
Some of the inventory that was not onboard during the storm did get submerged in salt water in off site storage,
The current condition and specs of the vessel are listed below as best as I can recall. and can be verified by survey
If you are looking for a battleship strong aluminum racer, this might be for you.
Relatively speaking, there is a lot of boat here, it doesn't show that well, because of the paint; but the boat was successfully raced in the US, Europe and the Caribbean, back in the day
The Vessel particulars are listed below as best as possible
The vessel underwent a mini refit in 1997, and a major refit in 1999.
