SAN JUAN 21 MK II, 1978
Flush deck version that is really exceptional shape for a 1978 hull. Nothing has been painted so nothing is hidden. Hull has not been abused witb aot of improperly installed hardware that end up causing hull damage.
Interior cushion are good as well as a rare set of complete custom cockpit cushions. Bow pulpit forward hatch and companionway complete the deck. With the raised deck interior headroom is improved. V-berth has excellent amout of space and she has two other berths. Electrical system and a space for a battery and port a potty. Keel lowers simply and retrieval is requires little effort. Rudder and tiller are good and the rudder raises. This allows easy launching in skinny water. Anchor with chain and rode included. Trailer is galvanized. Motor is a 4 hp Mariner and runs well. Sails are older but show little signs of ware. Main has a good shape and a set of reef points.
