Water tanks: 29 gallon forward tank, 75 gallon starboard tank.
Holding Tank: 28 gallon
Fuel Tank: 55 Gallon

HOME AT LAST has a huge v-berth and the dinette converts to a queen sized berth, the head is large for a 30 footer and there is 6' 2" headroom throughout. The pilot house has a back "curtain" with windows and screens, there are 4 hatches over the living area and two in the pilot house as well as 8 opening bronze ports and Dorade vents.
One of the cockpit hatches is a bit "soft" and she has the gelcoat crazing that is seen on most Cape Dory vessels.
The inverter/charger, refrigeration, and auto pilot are all less than 3 years old...the pilot house "curtain" is less than two years old.
The Cape Dory has sold. Thank you very much for all your help over the past couple of months.
