This is a turn-key boat, not a 'project' boat. Buy it and sail it the same day, if you like. Maintained to a very high standard by her owner, an aviation professional. The Ericson 27 is a Bruce King designed masthead sloop with large interior spaces, excellent comfort at sea, at anchor, or at the dock, and wonderfully good-natured sailing characteristics. In addition, with a four-cylinder 28HP engine and perfectly matched Indigo three-blade bronze prop, she goes like a torpedo boat under power.
