Grace was brought up to Bristol in late 2004, then sold and neglected.
My asking price is fully negotiable depending on how much I've gotten done when she is sold.
Brand new shrouds. Uppers, lowers, fore and aft.
New fuel tank, pump, filter and fuel lines.
Atomic 4 running good. New cap&rotor, plugs and wires.
New Vetus wet air vent on mixing loop.
Right now she's got new sail covers and lines, 4 batteries (2 new series 31 and 2 Xantex charge controllers), bilge pumps, new bollards and some of the teak is completed.
New topping lift.
I've also installed new VHF and 7 inch Lawrance GPS chartplotter.
The sails are good, but not new.
Jib winches are 2 speed, self-tailing Lewmars and the boom block is a 2 speed Harken, with topping-lift and main halyard (for a full Dutchman Main) to the cockpit.
Roller furling jib.
Marine head with shower. Installing black-water tank soon.
At the end of 2010 did a Bottom Job and sanded her all the way to the fiberglass. Then applied 4 epoxy barrier coats and 2 of bottom paint. I also painted the hatches and toe-rails.
All of my backing plates consist of G-10 epoxy board, epoxied in place.
I'll also be replacing some of the thru-hulls.
In the 2005, the Atomic 4 was removed and sent to Moyer Marine for complete refit.
The boat was then promptly sold to someone that rarely used the boat.
The A4 only has about 40 or so hours and I've verified the compression at 115 on all four cylinders.
I've made progress on the electrical issues but haven't finished.
I live a long way from Corpus and work prevents me from spending as much time as I'd like to finish her.
I also have desalination and solar modules to install.
Has central "marine" Air-conditioning.
The price does not have to include all the items I've purchased for her, or the outboard.
