American Mariner sloop, 21', 1977
Good condition for age and presently on trailer by my house.
Boat has shoal draft and standing headroom in center of cabin.
It has 4 sails, a main and jib with 2 genoas.
Cabin is mostly original.
It has a group 27 battery with marine charger, VHF and AM/FM/DVD player and functioning interior lighting with mixed flourescent and LED.
All running lights work and mast has working steaming and anchor lights. Interior cushions are original and look good but could use new foam.
Has a porta-potti, boarding ladder, and spinaker pole.
Comes with a trailer and homebuilt A-frame allowing solo mast stepping. Trailer is steel with a single axle and has aluminum fenders and a tongue extension.
It has an outboard but it is only 3.5 hp which is really about 2 or 3 horses less than it ought to have, so I will not sell the motor with the boat.
I have all the paperwork for the boat but the trailer does not have a title. I can entertain the idea of splitting the delivery if not too far.
Boat is located north of Charlotte NC.
