This boat is in excellent condition and is located in Somerville Lake. I have a trailer here at the house and it can easily stored at your home or moved anywhere you want it.
It will sleep four and has a removable cushion that mounts between the quarter berths to make a queen size bed.
I removed the galley and alcohol stove, but still have them and they can EASILY be reinstalled.
The cockpit is huge, when I was looking for boats several years ago that was the first thing that attracted me to it, it has the feel of the cockpit in a 25 footer, yet it can be easily trailered.
The shoal draft keel opens up the floor and no worries about the keel pin failing.
You can run the boat up near the shore and have a nice afternoon swimming.
This boat sails beautifully, I have had her out in some very stiff breezes and had no problems.
She is amazingly stiff for a shoal draft boat and with the roller furling you can strike the head sail in a short few seconds.
