Very good condition.
1972 Cape Dory Typhoon sailboat w/trailer.
No motor. My 3.5 Nissan is available for $500.
Currently in water on a mooring in Annapolis.
18.5 ft, sleeps 4, 2'10" draft, fixed keel.
Mainsail and roller furled 150 jib new in 2010.
Previous owner did not use for 9 years and was kept covered.
Deck and hull very clean with no cracking or peeling. Teak is very clean and is natural unfinished.
$500 extra for motor.
