This is a clean well maintained boat that has had some tweaks to enhance comfort onboard. No poor workmanship in this boat; safety is too important. All new cabin top holes were over-drilled and epoxy sealed to prevent core moisture and damage. The bilge stays totally dry. She sails well, and the controls led aft make it easy to single-hand. All brightwork sanded, sealed and treated with CETOL spring 2009. Parts need touched up due to wear/abrasion, but otherwise the brightwork is pretty sound.
