Catalina 22, Swing Keel, 1986 and Magictilt trailer in great shape.
The hull is sound, solid for a 1986.
Typical crazing and condition for age.
Has pop top,
wired for radio with antenna, new masthead light, battery, 2 bumpers, new trailer lights on Magictilt which
has never been repainted. Could use bottom paint and lifelines.
Interior is in excellent shape!
Main and Jib good condition.
The boat is in Denver.

I do have an old Honda 100- 10 HP(I think) four stroke short shaft that was just serviced and works fine.
Will sell for $4,000 without motor.
