I have a 1981 Catalina Yachts 22 for sale. The cabin sleeps 4 (2 person v-berth, 2 people in the main cabin area - the dining table folds down). I have redone the interior, cleaned extensively, and even added a CD/DVD player with Bose speakers. You'll need an LCD screen to enjoy the DVD functionality.
Other upgrades include brand new swim ladder brackets, a new motor mount, 2 brand new Duralast marine batteries, new trailer wheels/tires, and new trailer lights.
Sails are in original sail bags and in PERFECT shape. I was stunned when I saw them! This gorgeous boat needs a motor still, but other than that she's ready to hit the water!
