All exterior teak has been sanded and oiled. Swing keel. Kick-up rudder. All new running rigging (lines). Spars and standing rigging in very good condition. Boom vang. Boom equipped with jiffy reefing. Dinette table. Slide out galley on starboard side.
3" custom cockpit cushions. New sail cover. Original cushions in good condition. Custom Mahogany window covers. Port side dinette cushion has a hole. Solid teak hatch panels. New battery. All electrical lights work. Mooring lines, fenders, life jackets, and Lifeline cushions. Anti-fouling bottom job May 2011.
Sails: One (1) main sail with single reef. One (1) jib 110%. One (1) jib 135%. Sails are in good condition.
