This well equipped boat is in very good condition and ready to sail and stay on for extended periods.
The miansail and 155 rollerfurling head sail were purchased in 2006.
Exterior has Bimini, dodger, 4 self tailing winches, line bags, wheel cover, Solar panels, folding table with cup holders on pedistal, cockpit cushions, dock stairs, dock lines, power cord, fenders and more.
The galley has refrigeration, compressed natural gas range and oven, microwave oven, water filter, hot and cold water at the double stainless sink, and water filter.
The head has a marine toilet, hot and cold water at the sink and shower.
The interior has air conditioning for dock side, flat screen TV, AM/FM stereo, good navagation station, good upolstry, and new flooring.
The 25 HP Universal diesel engine is very clean and has less than 600 hours.
The bottom was just cleaned and diver reported it is in good condition.
Electronics include wind/depth/speed, charplotter, auto pilot, VHF, solar panal system not yet completed but can be, two 600 dollar Odysee Batteries
