We're downsizing to a smaller day sailer, so our 2003 Com-Pac Sun Cat is for sale.

(1) Two nonstructural, repairable dings on the keel.

(2) The teak could use cleaning.

Polishing, too, if you're fan of shiny teak.

If you've been looking for a Sun Cat, you know there aren't many on the market. I doubt you'll find any at this price.
