This boat needs some TLC. Put a bracket and an outboard on her, and you can go sailing today. To be used as a weekender, she will need some cleanup and some repairs such as a new companion way hatch and stairs, etc. When the rain entered the boat the water rose to about 16" inside, the engine case filled with water and the engine oil floated to the top. When the water drained out, the black oil coated the interior up to 16" from the floor. The boat has a fiberglass liner, so no structural repairs are required (to the best of my knowledge), the major issues are cosmetic.
The boat can be parted out for much more than the asking price, but I would rather see her bring affordable enjoyment to someone on a budget.
The trailer is not for sale, but I can deliver within 100 miles for free, after that it's $2 per loaded mile.
