Wonderfully cared for, beautiful sailing and great all around smaller sailboat - 1982 Hunter 22'.
Always in fresh water and stored over winter in climate-controlled caves.
All - teak/wood, fiberglass, bottom paint (VC-17), outboard motor, sails, canvas, cushions, trailer, rigging, lines/sheets, rudder, electronics, water tank, bilges, etc. - updated and maintained yearly.
Reason for selling: moved to the San Juan Islands, WA. This boat was ideal and loved.
What she comes with:
TRAILER - Magic Tilt single axle 1982. Approx. 750 miles on newer tires ; new bunks/carpet. All electronics functional and new winch strap. Great shape overall.
MOTOR - 9.9 Evinrude, long-shaft. Cleaned and maintained at least annually to keep in reliable and efficient running condition. Great condition.
ELECTRONICS - Fish finder/depth sounder; all running lights and salon lights in perfect condition; auto-helm (in box - did not use); Yamaha stereo includes radio, tape and 5 disk cd player - two speakers mounted in salon; new switch box added. Battery not included (sold it as I do not keep it on board while in storage.)
NAVIGATION - Newer Bulkhead Compass with cover. Davis windex. Inclinometer
SAILS - 110 Genoa, 2 batton Main, storm Gib. 3 nylon sail bags.
CANVAS - All Sunbrella canvas & all cleaned and treated with 303 Fabric
Guard: Jib Bag (zipper & snap closures); Main Sail/Boom cover; Cockpit wood table cover; winch covers; teak hand-rail covers; tiller cover; and full two-piece deck cover that was custom made to protect 2/3 of the upper deck (cabin and cockpit)
EXTRAS / OTHER - All reserve rigging gear; single burner stove (new condition); portable head (like new condition); life jackets (4); boat hook; fire extinquisher; 2 cabin seating pads / or recreational floating devices; teak motor bracket (excellent cond.); collapsible 4 tier ladder; is there more? - probably yes, just not thinking of what they are.
STANDARDS - Danforth anchor (kept in bow, deck-well); winch; jib blocks; fold-out cockpit table and double fold-out cabin table (both wood); sink and storage compartment with removable cutting boards/steps; 12 gallon fresh water tank; cabin cushions and v-berth cushions (very good condition); 3 fenders (like new); aft mast mount for transporting/storage;
Only weak points at time of last winter storage: mid stanchion needs to be reinforced/reseated; safety lines are discolored from sun; upholstery is original and shows some wear but overall in good condition.
