Bought in 2005 from Duluth, Minnesota
Sailed out of Gimli Yacht Club for past 5 years and currently located there
Wednesday night raced and weekend day sailed "lightly" on/off for last 5 years with 1 year (2008) left on the hard
Hull is in perfect condition for its age and is in accordance with all International J24 Class Racing specifications
Deck was completely redone in (winter 06/07); completely sanded and a new coat of non-skid applied
Keel faired and moved forward
Vermiculite professionally removed from keel with official documentation
Official measurement certificate from International J24 Class Association
Last year (2010) racing baltoplate finish put on bottom
