I have owned and meticulously maintained the boat since 1981.
Hull and Rigging:
All the go fast gear you need to compete at top levels.
All retrofits recommended by the factory or recommended for racing have been done.
Always dry sailed and kept on a hydro-hoist when left in the water.
Faired hull
Deck is solid, No dry rot or moisture.
Keel and Rudder have been professionally faired to meet the precise minimum dimensions of the class association's metal templates.

Sails:
Racing Set of Sails - Quantum sails, Two seasons on them, Genoa (150 percent), 100 percent jib is near new-very few races on it, Main is good,
Spinnaker has only one season on it.
Multiple Practice Sets of Sails - Full suits and many spinnakers
Motor:
Nissan 3.5 HP long shaft motor with under 20 hours of use. Meets minimum weight allowed for motors

Removable (slide in/out) AM/FM CD Stereo head unit, amplifier mounted in the cabin, removable speakers

V Berth boards replaced with marine ply, stained and sealed all four sides with urethane.
Foam cushions for V berth and quarter berths including "velour" like cover material.
Custom built clear lexan hatch boards under the quarter berths.

Trailer:
Big stainless steel diamond tread locking tool/supplies box on trailer in custom built cradle
Full size ladder to the bow with adjustable bow pad for the boat.
Tandem axle
V shaped Keel guide usable for guiding the boat on the trailer if water loading - this device is easily removable with a few bolts to allow access to the keel for repair and maintenance.
Electric Brakes on trailer - Brakes were examined and serviced in May 2011
Trailer has 4 brand new "Trailer Specific" tires and one spare. - May 2011
Heavy Duty Front Trailer wheel with leveling jack
Replaced the tongue on the trailer - has been trailed one season since that was done.
This boat is well known on the Texas Circuit and has competed in several Nationals/North Americans.
