Dark blue hull, ivory deck, Cetol finished teak and tanbark sail.
Named "Pearl" with decal supplied by Roger Crawford to match his logo.
This was Roger's "show boat" at the 2000 Annapolis Boat Show.
Sale also includes:
Lode Rite "Bandit" trailer with spare tire and current NY registration.
Waterproof mooring cover.
Teak flagstaff with ensign.
7.5' Shaw & Tenny spoon blade oars with brass oarlocks.
Original seat cushions.
Spliced and whipped painter with brass clip.
Small mushroom anchor.
Trailer hitch lock and long cable lock for locking boat to trailer.
Hand pump, tethered bailer, sponges and various small accessories.
3 optimist style air bags for additional flotation if desired.
I did not make any permanent modifications to the boat, all equipment is original and unaltered other than normal wear. She has always been garage stored and always cleaned after sailing. Her teak has been maintained with yearly Cetol per Roger's instructions. She has been well sailed over the years but is still in great condition. Her sail has some wear but still sets nicely, she is ready to sail.
I am located in Suffern, NY and would be willing to drive a couple of hours to help with delivery. If you drive to me when purchasing, I would be happy to take you for a sail on the Hudson to show you the ropes, weather permitting. In any case I can demonstrate basic rigging technique at the time of sale.
Please email me with any questions, I would be happy to help however I can. If you prefer to speak on the telephone just email me and I will send my number to you:
