For "sail" is a 1980 Mirage 5.5 sailboat, 20 ft long and yellow.
This boat is rigged for racing and would make a great PHRF racer - quite fast for its size.
Alternatively, it is an excellent boat for beginners, as well as those who prefer to cruise the bay/lake and go on overnight trips.
The boat technically sleeps four, but is best suited for two adults and two children or a couple.
Weighing in at approximately 1200 lbs, this boat is easily towed by most 4-cylinder trucks and SUVs.
The solid iron swing keel provides excellent stability on the water, but makes trailering very easy.
Clear title on the boat. Trailer and outboard are not registered, but I'll give a bill of sale.
Specifications:
LOA 20'
LWL 17'2"
Beam 8'
This Mirage is in good overall condition and comes with tons of extras, including:
galvanized Dilly trailer with spare tire and bearing buddies on all tires
1998 4hp Mercury outboard (missing gas cap but runs great)

main sail is in good to excellent condition with sail cover
FOUR headsails are included, including one which is kevlar-reinforced
one spinnaker
sunbrella hatch cover and tiller cover
2 Lewmar single speed winches
75 amp-hour deep cycle marine battery
custom cushions, 2" high density foam and marine vinyl (very durable)

The boat is stored at the Houston Yacht Club and I'll take $100 off the price if you keep it there. If you plan to trailer it away, bring tie down straps. The trailer takes a 2" hitch ball.
The Mirage sold today to a nice guy from the Dallas area. Your site is fantastic as always. Thanks again!
