San Juan 21 MKII, 1976 $2800 w/o outboard ($3100 with outboard)
Trailer included, tires and wheel bearings are 2 years old
3.5 HP Suzuki outboard (very reliable)
bimini top
The keel pin is solid, no knocking about in the trunk. The keel cable and pulley have been replaced and worked beautifully last year.
When I bought it the boat it was rigged for racing with a traveller and spinaker gear, I have removed the traveller and installed a bimini for the texas sun. The traveller is included in the sale and can be reinstalled in about an hour of work.
The spinaker pole is bent, but could be repaired by purchasing a section of aluminum and riveting the hardware from the old one to it. I never used the spinaker, so I never bothered to repair it.
2 Mains sails and 4 headsails are included (2-110's, 1-125 and 1-150)
This boat is ready to sail today. Nothing is needed to be done to go sailing.
That doesn't mean there aren't a few things you could do. She shows her age in some light gel coat cracking, and some chips in the glass here and there, but she is sea worthy, still looks quite nice and I get compliments when I take her out.
The 3.5 HP Suzuki engine starts reliably and runs well.
The trailer is ready to go where ever.
