Wood parts all replaced recently with solid oak and varnish protected.
Boat is currently in slip at Lake Lavon.
I have a great deal on a larger boat and want to let this boat go.
The boat does not come with a motor.
It only needs a 4 to 5 hp long shaft to push it easily.
