1972 Venture 224 with 9hp Yamaha outboard - both in great shape and rebuilt
Dry stored down at Dana point - Just this past year the boat has a new coat of anti-fouling and poly paint. Inside has new carpet and re-modeled kitchen - Water tank is hooked up but the water pump needs to be replaced (easy fix)
Recently fixed up the V birth area with new frame and flooring
The cabin top pops up for more head room! Makes cooking and air flow much more enjoyable
Comes with two sets of a main, jib, and genoa. 6 sails all in great shape - the sails alone are worth this
This boat has taken us to Catalina many times and is in great shape.
I have the registration in hand and can sign over at any time - The dry store spot down in Dana point is transfereable so you can either take it away on the trailer or keep the boat on the ocean!
