Dreamtime is an exceptionally equipped and little used cruiser sailboat that will take you to the islands in comfort or cruise the local bays in style.
This boat is very neat and clean, like you would expect from a very low-time yacht.

Accommodations:
Accommodations aboard the 361 are comfortable for a couple or family, and this boat is well equipped for comfort!
Forward is a V-Berth with plenty of room for a couple and includes Drawers and Lockers for lots of personal stuff.
Directly aft is the roomy Saloon with neat individual seating on the port side and a U-Shaped Dinette with room for 6 which can be converted to a double bed.
Opposite is a Nav Station meant for serious Nav work - comfortable with dedicated seating and large enough for chart plotting.
Distribution Panels are located there along with other NAV Electronics.
Aftermost on the port side is the Galley, which features great Countertops for food prep, good Storage for provisions, and appropriate Galley Appliances (double sink, two burner CG stove and oven, and separate refrigerator and freezer).
Opposite to starboard is a nice sized head with separate shower stall, and aftermost is a Double Berth.
A Cruise Air 16,000 BTU Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner keeps the crew comfortable.
Up four Steps to the Cockpit, which is roomy yet secure, and good Side Decks lead forward for anchor duties.
A Walk-thru at the Helm makes boarding from the water easy.
Galley:
In the Galley find an Alder-Barbour Cold Machine Refrigerator Locker, A Force 10 Propane Stove with 2 Burners and Oven, a GE Microwave (neatly built in), and Double SS Sinks, lots of cabinet and locker storage.
Electronics:
The Electronics Package features integrated Raytheon ST-60 TriData Depthsounder and Knotmeter, a Raytheon ST6000+ Autopilot, a Raymarine L-760 Chartplotter/GPS in the cabin, a Raymarine RC-530+ Radar at the helm, both units connected with Raymarine's HSB, and a Standard-Horizon Intrepid VHF Radio at the NAV station with a RAM Mike at the helm.
Repeaters at the NAV Station allow the navigator to stay current.
A Plastimo 6" Card Olympia 135 Compass is atop the Binnacle.
Electrical:
Shorepower comes aboard via a 50 ft. Shorepower Cordset, and a Heart Interface Freedom Jazz 2500 Watt Inverter/Charger keeps the batteries charged and 110V Power at the ready.
A 4-D Battery is dedicated for House Current (12V) and a separate Starting Battery insures the Diesel is always available.
A Fischer-Panda 4KW GenSet has its own 12V battery and provides 110V at anchor.
Sails:
The sail inventory consists of a mainsail in very good condition with in-Mast Charleston Spar Reefing, and also a very good jib on a ProFurl Roller/Furler.
Standing Rig is like new as is the Running Rig.
Deck:
On Deck forward find a 35# CQR Anchor in the Roller, attached to 50 ft. of Chain and 150 ft. of Nylon Rode.
A Lewmar Manual Windlass brings it up. Typical Pulpits and Stanchions with Dual-Course Lifelines.
In the Cockpit find 2 Lewmar #48T Winches for the Foresail, and a Lewmar #30 ST for the Halyards.
Six Spinlock Sheet Stoppers add functionality.
All lines lead aft to the Cockpit.
Stern Perch Seats make a great place to watch the world go by.
A like new Dodger and connected Bimini (kept stored below) provides shelter in the cockpit and will keep you comfortable in all kinds of weather.
A destroyer wheel makes for effortless piloting.
