This appears to be a fresh water boat--no rust or saltwater-caused wear to fittings or rigging.
It is structurally sound--the bottom is hard and tight with no trailer-cause indentations.
Elsewhere there are no tell-tale signs of fatigue anywhere.
Cosmetic issues only.
The boat appears to have not been used a lot.
The mast, boom, centerboard, rudder and rudder kick-up mechanism are in excellent shape.
Sails are original but could render years of service.
There is no spinnaker but the boat does feature the racer-desired bow-mounted spinnaker-launching tube and there are spinnaker-sheeting blocks on the transom.
The standing rigging looks good with no signs of rust.
The jib roller furler is missing the drum. The cockpit is clean with no dings or cracks.
The boat features a huge open cockpit with seating for the whole family!
If you don't know the boat, it was designed by the famous British catamaran designer, Rod Macalpine-Downey, and is a true thoroughbred.
It is very fast and efficient.
It slips through the water smoothly and is very, very pleasing to sail.
It's also easy to set-up.
It has a custom-made outboard motor bracket.
The trailer has title issues and also would need lubrication and maybe tires to bring it to its new home.
These boats cost 16 thousand dollars new...
