This is a great small cruising sailboat or liveaboard boat.

This boat can sleep 4 people in 2 cabins with a V-berth up front and 2 settees in the salon.
The 20 hp Yanmar diesel engine (2QM20) starts easily, runs well, and is very fuel efficient. With the 13 gal Todd diesel tank you have plenty of range and can run for several days without refueling.
The boat sails well with the mainsail (fair condition) and the large Genoa on a Profurl roller furling (good condition).
An 80 watt solar panel keeps the 2 house batteries charged so you don't have to run the engine just for recharging.
The 1000 watt inverter allows you to charge your phone, laptop, tools, or other devices.
The freshwater tank holds 20 gallons and has a small shower in the head.
The Jabsco marine head is plumbed to a Y-valve that allows you to pump overboard or into a 9 gal waste holding tank for later pump out.
